Returns & Exchanges

Because each item is made to order, we unfortunately cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • wrong size
  • buyer’s remorse
  • changed mind
  • color preference
  • ordering the wrong item

Please be sure to review sizing charts and product details carefully before ordering.



 

 

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or if you receive the wrong product, you are fully covered.

Please contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@hispurposeco.com with:

  • your order number
  • a clear photo of the issue
  • a brief description of the problem

We will gladly replace or refund the item.

 

 



Non-Returnable Items

  • Made-to-order apparel
  • Gift cards
  • Sale items
  • Items purchased in the wrong size or color

 

 

Return Instructions (For Approved Issues Only)

If your return is approved for a damaged or incorrect item, we will provide:

  • a replacement item at no cost to you, or
  • a refund if a replacement is not possible

Items sent back without first contacting us will not be accepted.
